Lake Winnipesaukee Motel offers spotless rooms in a convenient setting with lots of tall trees. Our small size of sixteen units enables us to insure that guests are comfortable and will enjoy a carefree experience with us. We are open May 15th to October 31st and we’re handy to restaurants and attractions.
From Route 93 NORTH, take exit 23. Go right and follow route 104 East for about 8.5 miles. Turn right (south) on Route 3, and go another 3.3 miles. We are on the right side of the road, .3 mile past the FUN SPOT or .75 mile north of the Weirs Beach sign.

Each room has its own refrigerator and microwave, private shower, cable TV, flat screen TV. There are individual climate controls for AC/heat, and clock radios. Also available to those who cannot be without their e-mail fix for the day, internet access is available in the lobby!
No boring or dull rooms here. Most sport interesting themes, assuring a different environment each time you stay with us! All of our rooms are non-smoking, however you are free to smoke outside of your room in the chairs provided. Coffee is also available in the lobby during the morning hours.
